How to bear witness to a world that burns before our eyes? Student protests, including the 2024 UvA demonstrations as seen in our program image, have made anti-colonial solidarity visible. This program moves between screen and street, through film and poetry shaped by solidarity with Palestine in Amsterdam.

De Libanese regisseur Ali Chahrour verbindt in zijn werk persoonlijke en collectieve verhalen met thema’s als liefde en oorlog.
