Restaurant Felix gets its name from the beautiful building in which it resides: Felix Meritis. This imposing building on Keizersgracht was opened in 1788 by a society of 40 scientists, artists, entrepreneurs, and thinkers. The house for the curious mind was full of creativity, ideas , and cross-fertilization. Based on the past, Restaurant Felix searches for the culinary awareness of the future.
